Commitment to Continual Improvement

We are committed to continually improving our environmental performance. We will do this by:

Environmental Risk Management

We have identified the following environmental risks to our business:

• Accidental damage to sensitive ecosystems, such as native bushland or wetlands.
• Pollution from ebike batteries and other hazardous materials.
• Noise disturbance to wildlife and local communities.

To minimize these risks, we have implemented the following measures:

• We only operate our tours on designated routes that avoid sensitive ecosystems.
• We have a comprehensive maintenance program for our ebikes and other equipment to prevent accidental pollution.
• We use low-noise ebikes and require our guides to be mindful of noise levels when interacting with wildlife and local communities.

We will monitor our environmental risks on an ongoing basis and update our risk management plan as needed.

Staff Training

All of our staff are trained on our environmental policies and procedures. This training includes:

Green Supplier Policy

We are committed to supporting suppliers who are committed to environmental sustainability. When selecting suppliers, we consider the following factors:

• The supplier's use of sustainable materials and resources.

We will regularly review our supplier list and remove any suppliers who do not meet our environmental standards.

Emissions Reduction Planning

We have identified the following sources of emissions from our business:

• The emissions associated with generating electricity to charge our ebikes.
• The emissions associated with transporting our customers to and from our tour start and finish locations.

To reduce our emissions, we have implemented the following measures:

• We use renewable energy sources to charge our ebikes.
• We offset our remaining emissions by investing in carbon offset projects.
• We encourage our customers to use public transportation or carpool to and from our tour start and finish locations.
